Keller, who disappeared last summer. Officials say the remains have been sent to the medical examiner for positive identification, and while no foul play is suspected, the investigation remains open. In Jefferson County, state police are investigating a reported physical altercation that led to harassment charges, as troopers continue to see an uptick in domestic-related incidents across the region.
