Good morning,Police in Austintown have arrested a woman in connection with the death of a 16-year-old girl whose body was discovered inside a home on South Raccoon Road. Thirty-eight-year-old LaRonda Mitchell faces charges including involuntary manslaughter, abuse of a corpse and child endangerment after investigators say the teen had been dead inside the house for at least a month.Meanwhile, New Castle Police say a registered sex offender is facing new charges involving a child. Sixty-one-year-old Douglas Young is accused of failing to properly update his sex offender registration information and allegedly having inappropriate contact with a young boy. He remains jailed in Lawrence County awaiting a preliminary hearing next week.And Hermitage police officers are now officially wearing body cameras.
