Prosecutors say the investigation is ongoing as authorities work to determine exactly what happened.Meanwhile, part of Interstate 80 in Mercer County was shut down for several hours Thursday morning following a crash near the Mercer and Hermitage exits. Traffic was diverted onto Interstate 79 while emergency crews responded at the scene.Motorcyclists also gathered in New Castle this week to promote Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month. Members of ABATE rode in a police-escorted procession through the city, reminding drivers to stay alert and safely share the road as motorcycle traffic increases this spring.And in Butler County, a GoFundMe has been launched to help a 96-year-old woman and her son after they lost their home in a trailer fire in Summit Township earlier this week.
